PTD - Create UML and/or repository workflow diagram #86
Description
Related to issues #74, #75, #76, and #77 (and potentially #78), we should create a UML and/or repository workflow diagram that illustrates (1) how each of the directories and files relate to one another and (2) the potential approaches we take to generalising the template to cover different use cases e.g., imaging classifier, imaging segmentation, NLP classifier, and structured data model (and potentially MAP development).
