Double lettered SIDs cannot be mastered

When a SID contains the same letter more than once in sequence it cannot be mastered.

Cannot reproduce for LIXX 2510/01 v2. SIDs are mastered.

Root cause is now a bit clearer, Navigraph shortens waypoint names if same consecutive letters are present.
