ichorCNA Cromwell-WDL workflow development

Dear ichorCNA users,

We are working on a Cromwell-WDL workflow of ichorCNA that will hopefully make it even easier to run than snakemake and enable easier adoption for cloud environments. The current v0.5.0 release was created for dockerization, although it may not work directly with the previous snakemake workflow.

If you require a working snakemake version, then please use a previous commit:

The functionality of ichorCNA has not changed since.
