ModernBB 4 error when trying to edit or delete

I use ModernBB 4
and when I try to delete or edit forums or categories from the admin panel I get an error:
An error was encountered Error: Unable to fetch category list.

I compared the code with older versions and I do not see anything different in the queries. What can be the problem and how can it be right?
