DME UDP Encryption unsupported

Various games that use TCP_AUX_UDP connections seem to also encrypt UDP messages in the UdpServer of DME.
This does not fully work it seems in practice and needs to be addressed,

Nope it isn't, it turns out it not work as I would have liked it.
