pass through tabIngest parameter to allow uploads to opt out of tabular ingest

we're running into memory/CPU usage issues (as described in this post) during tabular data ingest. would it be possible to pass in a tabIngest parameter to tell Dataverse not to attempt tabular ingest. for all files in a batch?

Interesting. On the Python side, @JR-1991 is adding an option for tabIngest=False right now:

I've added this in the code. Once I get to do some testing, assuming it works, I'll put out a pre-built beta release.
