Add memory metrics support

I find the golang's SDK supports the memory metrics. https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/cloud-stackdriver-profiler/#3

Is there any idea to make python's SDK also support this?

Longer-term, we would like to support heap profiling for python, but it isn't something which we are currently working on.

To provide a bit of context, golang has strong profiling support built in to the language -- this is part of why, right now, golang's SDK supports the most profile types.
