UX sprint 1 - Homepage/Hero

• re-design Figma for the Hero section on homepage. makes it pop more, less whitespace.
• implement frontend changes for Homepage, excluding the Lesson Plan list
• make a PR. please include screenshots of Figma and new Homepage.
• review one member's PR.
