Avoid Fetching Resources from the Internet

Currently Bearlytics fetches assets such as tailwind, chart.js and moment.js from the internet. Being a homelab focused app, it would be desirable not to fetch resources from the internet, and bundle them instead, so that Bearlytics would work even without an internet connection (LAN only). I noticed this while testing my homelab for such scenarios.
