use ibmcloud commands instead of cf #24

feedback from an external user.
the readme states to use cf commands,
whereas ibmcloud cli should be used.
A faster path to successful deployment could be:
1 - go to https://cloud.ibm.com/
2 - Create app
3 - BYOC
4 - paste the repos URL
5 -> create
Or add the Create toolchain button - more simple
