No org targeted, use 'cf target -o ORG' to target an org on 'cf push'

Hi, everyone!
Just tried to follow the instructions from README. Using Cloud Foundry CLI under Linux.
This was the result.
Does it still need some additional steps IBM Cloud configuration, or this repo is already outdated?

I am not sure who maintains this repo. IBM Cloud uses the "ibmcloud" CLI command. Cloud Foundry is handled using ibmcloud cf.
