support list of test Dataverse installations?

We at UNC would like to test out OnDemand Loop, however it pulls its installation list from hub.dataverse.org which correctly offers most known Dataverse installations.

We would love to be able to configure a list of test installations (demo.dataverse.org, dataverse-staging.rdmc.unc.edu, other) for testing OnDemand Loop. Does that sound like a big lift?
