Fix unit tests.

Unit tests has been mostly unmodified during fork from zcoin initally as focus was on adding PoS and customizing it to the needs of IDX.Unit tests in the boost test suite in src/test needs to be modified to pass properly.

2nd part is running the python based test suite and making sure those also pass.
