Cannot get /.elixir-ls rebuilt since manually removing it

Using Proton. All of the console outputs seems fine. No errors or significant warnings.
It used to work fine until updating to Atom 1.25.1 and now after removing the /.elixir-ls directory I cannot get the package to rebuild it.

Any clues?
