[TASK] Docstrings for all Functions and the Package

## Summary
Docstrings are missing in our package.

## Description
We need to have docstrings, as it can increase the understanding of the user, rather than referring to the docs.
Docs are also being worked on side-by-side.

Both docs and docstrings will be merged in a new PR very soon.
