sh scripts not finding any other files.

i jailbroke my PW5 (kindle paperwhite gen 11) with ad-break and scripts cannot find files that do not have a file extension (eg. .txt, .sh). the error it gives is something like; cannot find file /path/to/file. the file is there, but is not recognized or something.

edit: i think that the sh script is not finding most of any file.

i found out that the sh script does not find any other files. (maybe only files outside of /mnt/us?)
