Error in pod when running httpin 0.2.3

Hi,

The latest release of httpbin broke the image. When I now try to start running it I get the following error:
```
exec /httpbin/.local/bin/pipenv: operation not permitted
```
Comparing with version 0.2.0 was working correctly
