How to add a new model?

I want to add the Llava 1.5 model (https://github.com/haotian-liu/LLaVA/blob/main/docs/MODEL_ZOO.md, https://huggingface.co/liuhaotian/llava-v1.5-13b) that includes a ViT and Vicuna LLM. Can you help me with the overall steps needed for this adaptation?
