Based on our company's capabilities, We need the spacing to be at least 0.19mm for green solder mask bridge.
Please find the attached pictures, the spacing between IC pads in the file is only 0.15mm.
Here are some suggestions for you：
A. Enlarge the spacing to 0.19mm. Please modify your design and send the new file to me.
B. Proceed without solder mask bridge. however, there may be a risk of poor soldering.
