NCAs on hexagonal grids

Instead of rectilinear grids, NCAs can also operate on hexagonal grids. It would be great if NCALab could be extended in a way that allows NCAs running on such grids to process hexagonally sampled data. However, special convolution operations are needed to accomplish this.
