please add dodes for Rhabdomyosarcoma tissue types

The following codes have been used in the RMS (rhabodomyosarcoma) images released through the IDC and when we are using highdicom directly inside the RMS models. We should match these codes in our models in SegDB, then the model can just reference these codes in the definition:
