Incompatability with features from Peek mod (duplicate delegates crash)

Steps to reproduce

placing a enchanted item into a shulker box with the option to show item hints in peek turned on makes the game crash

if this issue should be made with peek instead to report a render incompatability, i can open it on their github instead. I would like to know what to say as i dont know what render incompatability is causing it.

this has existed from the 1.21.8 release from what I know idk why i didn't report it then
