Module entity owner does not work

Describe the bug

The module entity owner is not working for me. Also not for horses tamed by others.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the module Entity Owner
2. Execute /summon horse ~ ~ ~ {Tame:1b,Owner:[I;110787060,1156138790,-1514210135,238594805]}, this spawns a horse tamed by Notch
3. Nothing is displayed

Meteor Version

I've tested 1.21.11-24 and 1.21.4-42

Minecraft Version

1.21.11 and 1.21.4

Operating System

Windows
