Make a 1.21.1 and above mace update

Describe the feature

Can you create something so that when a player is falling down, if there is another player below them and the falling player has a mace in their hotbar, it will automatically hit with the mace, and then instantly switch back to the item they were holding before?

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)
