how to prefer jargon words?

for example at a conference for the "Symfony" framework it should not use "Symphony". also terms like "REST" should be capitalized. I guess this is something where one should be able to load up jargon words as a mapping file from "non jargon words" and then when the text to speech detects those "non jargon words" (and phrases!), they are automatically replaced.
