After discussing with @mroman37, we decided we will not add Infusion as an NPM dependency. This would add some complexity and technical knowledge to the initial setup.

While this is not ideal from a "mature technical/repo setup", it keeps the tool simple and does not break the approach of "just download the ZIP of the repo, open index.html and it works."

We'll move forward with including Infusion by linking to the CDN.
