Abusing the dragon's reduced max vertical acceleration #213

In 19w08b (1.14 snapshot), the dragon's maximum vertical acceleration was reduced by a factor of 10, allowing for the modern one cycle, zero cycle, and ground zero. The problem is that this was almost certainly done unintentionally. The only reported changes in 19w08b are crash fixes and an unrelated bug fix, see https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-19w08a. It appears to be a typo in a fix for a division by zero crash, see https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-272431.
I think that something to the effect of
