Add toggle for "Jump to test method" link

The link "Jump to test method" next to a method declaration in the code editor, which was added in a recent update, does not behave very nicely with the caret position, typing and line feeds and so far I only clicked it by accident. I'd like to have a toggle in the preferences to disable this feature.
