Configured Fabric doesn't work with the newest version of framework #20
Description
Trying to use configured while having a mod that requires framework installed on fabric leads to crashing, as the 0.6.16 version of framework isn't compatible with either 2.2.3 or 2.2.2 of configured, despite it being listed as an optional dependency for the mod.
