Sample Filters Dropdown Menus Hidden

Dropdown menu issue
When trying to add a filter in the 'Compare Data' tab the drop down menus for 'Key' and 'Comparison' are hidden and it is impossible to select some of the options as a result.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to 'Compare Data' page and select 'Add' on the Filter Samples tab
2. Select a type
3. Try to select a Key or Comparison

I expected the dropdown menu to function like it did for 'Type', instead the menu looks like it's behind something and I can only barely see the first option (see images below).

This is a CSS issue. Could you please test out this fix here. Note that the compare samples page is not going to get a lot of attention until it gets rewritten into React like the other pages, so this is just a hacky temporary fix.
