Load times are so slow: Improve Pub/Subs?

Affects usability, but more of a system bug if its a problem with client/server data flowing

Subscribe in UI components might be a viable way to start managing this

• This requires a little more work when writing a new template, so clients (OCE creators) have to manage this right now.
• This is better than some of our current registered Helpers which use javascript array find operations to get the items required.

I don't quite know the issue was. 1) Heroku took a while to respond?
