combine data structure for OS and OSADE #25
Description
We're at a good point in OSADE's development that I think it's useful to adopt parts of it's data model (e.g., root causes; strategies; prompts; etc.) into OS, rather than having it maintain it's own model for each script. This would also allow other tools, like SOAP / CAP, to use the models (e.g., showing root cause model in assessment section of SOAP).
