Support 16K Page size?

Supporting 16K page size would enable easier support for platforms like Raspberry Pi (which defaults to 16K page size on the Pi 5 generation), and maybe even Apple Silicon (see Why 16k page size matters).

It looks like the driver code only supports 4K, 64K, 128K, 2MB, 512MB, and 256GB right now.
