Add Init codes for injecting codes before starting any services

[LemonHX]

should be a database table called initscripts, and it will contains:

• name
• code

it will:

1. before startService retrive all the initscripts
2. globalThis.name = <code>

it will enhance:

• injecting orm?
• injecting auth system?
• etc
