Initial Tasks

This issue will serve as my personal scratchpad for the initial tasks for the project.

• Investigate the 'Projects' feature
• Create a CONTRIBUTING.md
• Select a license
• Clean the .gitignore file (many redundancies, might be missing elements)
• Generate the setup.py (if appropriate)
• Generate the REQUIREMENTS.txt so that others can draw upon our work
• Credit the RoboDanny project for serving as a base to reference

Project-specific tasks

• Get a 'hello world' sample connecting to Discord
• Determine the database (or abstraction) to use
• Determine the commands and their hierarchy
• Determine the full set of desired features, possibly on a per-server basis (GnD features only apply on the alliance server, for instance, but I don't need to run separate bots)
