NethVoice hotel: when calling from room to app, the room number is shown instead of the guest name

App resolve names with centralized phonebook that contains the room number (name of the extension). But neth hotel already resolves the name using the guest name. To avoid the app to resolve it again with the wrong name, hotel rooms should be excluded from centralized phonebook

Steps to reproduce

• enable hotel
• checkin a room with a guest name
• call from a room to an extension with the app

Expected behavior

• the guest name is shown

Actual behavior

• the extension name is shown
