Add ManagePackage parameter to allow management of installation via chocolatey

Hello,

Could you please add a ManagePackage parameter to the Tentacle ( and probably even the server ) powershell dsc resource? This would allow users who, want the flexibility, to manage the installation via chocolatey like they do everything else.
