Restructure navigation to developers pages #94
Description
The link structure for developers content is currently a bit confusing. We could reduce the link hierarchy depth.
Suggestion:
- The "For Developers" page and the "Contributing to OpenCMISS" page could be merged to a single start page for developers that contains all links to the relevant subpages.
- Because there are quite a number of subpages one could introduce a numbering in the order one should read them.
- The "contributing" subpage needs a different name, it is currently the third level page on "contributing"
