both mention the tool hypothes.is - we had some issues with this tool on another project as it's not possible for website owners to moderate and remove comments when using the free version (the paid version is very expensive).

In particular for the translation page we may want to remove this reference or at least caveat that this tool might not be a good option for live sites (It would probably be ok to use on a draft branch)

The Sphinx Comments extension has a few different options (including Hypothes.is) for adding commenting and annotation functionality to a Sphinx documentation site, perhaps we can link to that instead and add a caveat as you suggest.
