scipy installation error #2
Description
I'm trying to run the project and I'm having an issue installing all the dependencies of the echo submodule, in particular I'm having issue with scipy, see error in the log:

Rolling back uninstall of scipy

I tried to install the required dependencies (apt-get install libblas-dev liblapack-dev gfortran) using brew but it didn't find any.
Any suggestion?
