The names of the different `.fst` (`WT_FASTInFile`) in the `.ffst` output file should not be fed from template file.

Suppose we have a template file that has the following wind turbine information:

After initializingFFCaseCreation class, and setting up the template file names, suppose the user has put the name of the turbine file name as follows:

templateFiles = {'turbfilename' : 'IEA-15-240-RWT-UMaineSemi.T'}

Then, when calling FF_setup method in FFarmCaseCreation, the generated FAST.Farm output will take the name from the template file with the tag _IGNORE_THIS_NAME instead from the templateFiles

Unwanted Output:

This has been fixed on 5dbfead, part of PR #30. I understand you posted this a few months back, do you know if you tested on a version that included that commit?
