Inverted Index for what scenarios use an object or mod

It would be very cool if the object service (and ideally the UI as well) could list what scenarios use a given object or mod.

For example, the Chicago Locomotive Works CLW North American Mega-Pack (https://www.owenrudge.net/download/download?t=10&id=162) came with one scenario that made use of its auto industries. It also introduced an Enhanced Paper Cycle:

I believe there's at least 2 other scenarios that use it:

• "The Serpent": https://www.owenrudge.net/download/download?t=10&id=231
• Probably also "The Division": https://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?p=1252974
• Very likely more, but currently, it's difficult to discover them.

Storing what objects each scenario references in a table in the database with an appropriate index would act as a simple inverted index / posting list (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_index) to find scenarios using a given mod or item.
