python3-zmq missing as dependency

Not before launching the new build it becomes clear, that there is another missing dependency: python3-zmq

Please add "python3-zmq" as dependency to the webpage https://www.openshot.org/en/user-guide/

I'm running libopenshot without python3-zmq. You might need libzmq5 to be installed. The document in the wiki does not provide the minimal library installation so I've made one. This my (truncated) Dockerfile working on production, hope it helps you resolve this problem.
