Error when moderating/hiding a comment from accountability result

Describe the bug

As an admin, when I moderate/hide a comment from an accountability result (in the accountability component) I encounter an error (request timeout). After that, when I try to access to the moderation panel in back-office, I get a 500 error and the moderation panel is no longer accessible.

To reproduce

• In a Accountability component (for ex: https://develop.decidim-app.k8s.osp.cat/processes/futur/f/89/results/39) publish a comment
• As an admin, report it and hide it (via the moderation modal or in the BO)
• See the request timeout
• Go to /admin/moderations: see the 500 error

hey @alecslupu , I have a question on the report_content_url problem: I found a fix for it by adding the concern Decidim::Reportable in Result model (see OpenSourcePolitics/decidim#1295). This allows to stay on the comment's page after the report. And when you go on the admin global moderation panel, you have the visit_url link that goes back to the comment. This seems to be closer to the behavior that you have when you report a comment on a proposal for instance . Is there a problem to add a concern on the model ?
