Excel cell data differs from data displayed in cell.
Possible to use pandas to convert cell data to displayed cell data, which is what I want??
Because of this I am currently converting all metadata files to UTF-8 CSV using MS Excel before validating, would prefer to handle conversion as part of validation process.

In theory Pandas can convert given Excel file to a CSV so we don't have to manually -- but when reading Excel the last part of data after | is cut off. Note to refer to when testing
