On point 1, the term used in the manuscript and in the mzIdentML spec is "crosslinking MS" (not "crosslinking(CX-MS)").

1. PRIDE:0000430 Chemical cross-linking coupled with mass spectrometry proteomics Cross-linking (CX-MS)
   This is coming from CV term. So, not only we need to change the database, but also we need to change this in CV term. Therefore I am skipping this for now.
