TensorRT 10.x has changed the flag

According to the official announcement, for newer version of tensorRT, the --buildonly flag has been removed.
Thus, this code segment would lead to error when executing tensorRT as backend when using newer version.

Thank you for reminding me. I will fix this in the next PRoof update.
As a workaround for now, please just replace --buildOnly with --skipInference.
