[BUG] Don't return an error message if pg_restore has warnings for `dumpcar:restore`

Describe the bug

If you run pg_restore, it will include warnings. If the warnings are included, dumpcar:restore will error out. The restore will have succeeded but you'll still have an error thrown. This isn't ideal.
