Weird lighting (brightness) issue after installing Continuity

Hello i've been experiencing some brightness problmes it's really messed up. (Sorry if this isn’t very professional, I’m not that good at English)

Simply, bright things look dark, and dark things look bright. Torches also act weird and don’t light areas correctly.
I’m not sure if this is a mod conflict, but the problem only started after I installed the Continuity mod.

• just noticed my fps was 30 when i was out from the cave lol it's just my mac isn't charging that's all
