Doesn't parse non-ASCII in addresses

Maybe this needs to be an option, since I imagine for many people, they would want this to continue failing.

Hello. I think this may be related with my problem...
Currently the metacpan documentation is saying:
"In accordance with RFC 822 and its descendants, this module demands that email addresses be ASCII only. Any non-ASCII content in the parsed addresses will cause the parser to return no results."

So, I installed this module to get rid of email addresses which has national characters. But while I am passing eg:
'ąęł@domain.com' - then the parse method is returning results (telling this email is correct!) which is confusing and against the documentation. So is there some switch for this?
